This is a protective case for the "Sputnik" stereo medium format camera.
Features:
+ covers sources of light-leaks around the film doors and hinges
+ snaps together, for easy removal
+ holes for d-rings on each side to allow a neck strap to be added
+ tilted hotshoe for flash
+ cable release holder
This will fit the 3rd version of this camera, which is most common. Identified by the "lomo" logo on the lens (written in russian, look it up).
It will probably fit all other versions as well, as I don't think the stampings ever changed. But I can't guarantee.
