Replacement re-enforced defrost vents for square body GM trucks with removable vents. These look OEM. Original are horribly thin and deform quickly when heat runs through the vents or left in the sun. Originals also sit low in the dash. I built these to sit flush, have 2.5 times the wall thickness, 3 times grate depth thickness, and larger retaining clips. These printed in a UV and heat resistant plastic should last forever. I did PAHT-CF at 40% infill to make sure it had structural stability when heated up through the trucks defrost. Honestly my prototype was 15% in PETG-CF and felt extremely strong. ASA-CF would probably be a better finish and fine for heat at 30% infill. These fit very tight and should add some structural support to the dash when fully installed to help keep it from warping.
