I designed this Hinged Dissection for the Beauty of Mathematics Design Challenge on Makerworld, based on the animation from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hinged_dissection. This fun little puzzle changes from a square to a triangle and a hexagram. 2 Plates, about 3 hours total, separate prints with AMS by object so not to waste filament, will need support and minor post processing. Need 1.75mm filament as the pin joints. Follow the last picture on how to assemble, prints are all facing right side up per print profile, same color coding in profile. Hope you like it! ;) PS,I actually designed it to be print in place first, but the joints are too flimsy and need more redesign, the problem is there's 3 separate vertical hinges on top of each other and I don't want it get too bulky…
