It is designed to print without supports - assuming good bridging on your printer. However, the long, slender outside slats might be a challenge for FDM printers. Either make it super large or small - otherwise, those slender slats will break off while printing. Resin printers will not have a problem, but you might need to poke a couple of holes through the bottom of the inner section of the vase so suction doesn't cause the print to fail. You should be able to do that with your slicing program. You can always fill the holes in post-processing.

If you want to use this as a vase for a flower, I recommend a couple of coats of hobby resin to make it waterproof.
