The project is done!
The printable area is 247 x 257 x 193mm (XYZ) (a standard MK2 hotbed at this moment).
Z-axis may be any height and depends on the belts and vertical rods lenght.
To reduce the cost of construction I changed the motor mount on Z-axis for a standard Nema17 stepper motor (without gearbox) and the counterweight system: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:798622
But with the geared motor Z-axis also works fine.
In this thing where is only Z-axis printable parts.
X and Y-axis parts are the same (except extruder mount on the block carriage). Download them here:
