I borrowed a chaingaptool and decided to design one for myself (and you)
I made a photo, exported to stl, edited in 3d-builder and tinkercad.
Its fits fine on my shimano xtr and 45 tooth rear chainwheel.
Easy way to correctly adjust the space between top derailleurwheel and the largest chainwheel.
