I designed this to mount drives in my computer case. This has 3 different sets of holes to allow one design for multiple purposes.
One set (Left part and Right part) can mount the following.
2.5" drive quantity = 4
OR
3.5" drive quantity = 3
OR
DVD drive quantity = 2
If you want to mount everything as described above, just print 3 sets.
The computer case I made is wooden, so the 6 screw holes that mount to the computer case worked in my case. I use these mounted vertically, but any orientation would be fine I imagine.
As for the weird pattern. I literally scribbled a bunch, then cleaned it up into this :)
