The model by niphilim was really great but it was joined together and fixed quite right so there were odd things happening while slicing. While it would print it was doing unnecessary work because there was a gap between the hair and the head.
After splitting the pieces, some resizing, moving things around, and running it through netfabb I got this. This model is one piece and completely hollow inside so there's no loose geometry inside adding to the file size or making your slicer/printer work harder.
