Stackable 3.5" Bay for the WD HC530

Based off cbutter's 3.5" stackable hard drive bay. The lip is slightly taller and deeper to allow the WD HC530 to fit better in the drive bay without the need for other fasteners.also added a top piece that is lacking the studs - for better clearances and cosmetics.
