Hello, I made an Andon addon for my Printer.
to do the same, you need:
+ 3x M3 x 30mm Bolt with Cylinder head
+ 3x M3 Hexnut
+ 1x M3 x 5-10mm Bolt for each color section.
+ LEDs / LED stripe / industrial indicator LEDs
Custom Lenght of 20mm OD aluminum tubing, you can also use the supplied "tube.stl" file, but I did not test it.
You can mix and match you andon with different colors and several light segments.
You need to print 2x "top_bot_holder.stl" per andon, this will give you space for one light. If you want to have more than one lamp, you need to print "spacer.stl".
"Base.stl" is used to screw the andon to a flat surface.
To light up the andon you need to put a short piece (usually three LEDs) of white LED strip in each light.
You can also use clear shades and different colored LEDs.
