Stackable Battery Holder expansions / inserting openings AA + AAA untested

Expanders for stackable battery holder and openings to insert more batteries from the front side.

All of these are untested except for the stackable half-sized AA expansion box. "insert aaa 38.1mm printonface.stl" is partially tested; I needed to remove some material from the previous design. Currently I have printed all the AA and AAA modules I need.
