This is a remix of a wine bottle rack that is stacks with built in connectors. The design is plenty strong as I have tested putting full handles on the top with no problem. Stacking 2x2 seems to be perfectly stable but I haven't tested 3 high yet so be careful that it doesn't become top heavy.
