Stair Railing Base Cover - Tool-Less Assembly

I was tasked with designing a flatter, more streamlined cover for my parents’ stair railing base (instead of the typical sloped style), so I designed this. These have been installed for several years and have held up great.This cover fits over the existing bolted base plate on stair or balcony railings, providing a clean, low-profile appearance.The original Fusion 360 (.f3d) files are included for anyone who wants to modify the design for a larger or smaller railing base. Specifications:Compatible with railing base plates up to 110 × 110 mm (4.33 × 4.33 in) and 5.85 mm (0.23 in) tall.Designed for square posts up to 39.6 × 39.6 mm (1.56 × 1.56 in). Assembly:Slide the larger piece around the square post, then insert the smaller piece into the groove until it snaps securely into place. Suggestions: For outdoor use, ASA is recommended due to its excellent UV resistance and weather durability.
