TH35mm DIN Rail (7.5mm Height) - 3D Printable ModelI designed this DIN rail in CAD because, instead of driving to the nearest town to buy one, I figured it would be much easier to just print it myself! I live in California, and I’m currently working on a fun project that requires mounting a speed controller onto this standard European-style DIN rail. These rails are commonly used for installing control modules, PLCs, and other electrical components. However, not every hardware store around here carries them, so printing my own was the best option.After setting up the print, I went to sleep, and by the next morning, the part was ready! The strength turned out to be excellent. I printed mine using PETG, which provides a great balance of toughness and flexibility. If you have carbon fiber-reinforced filament, that would make the rail even stiffer, but for my application, PETG is more than sufficient. I believe PLA could also work, as I have reinforced critical areas in the design to ensur
