Standard to Olympic Conversion

Converts olympic size weights to fit a standard 1" dumbell or bar. The sizes are set to fit the Fitness Gear brand plates. I use the weights on an olympic bar as well so I didn't want the rings to be hard to remove. These slip in and out easily without too much play while lifting.

The first iteration had the ring and plug separate. After using for a while, I now prefer the flange connected to the plug. You have to have 8 to use on two dumbells, with one on the inside and outside of each weight(s). If I only have one weight on each side I flip the outside converter piece around before clamping tight.
