Stanley Deep Organizer Customizable Container Base

This customizer lets you build container bases of any x & y width (y is the longer of the sortimo axes). To use this, you also need to also print a [Stanley Deep Organizer Customizable Container Body](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1229461).

Note, the bin base is for the two bins on either side of the handle, which cannot take the same base as other areas in the case.
