I bought the Stanley MaxSteel Multi Angle Vise linked below and am super happy with it. The price-performance ratio is simply unbeatable. However, there are a few small things that bother me, even if they don't affect the function of the vice in any way. First of all, I replaced the handle for locking the ball head with a star knob, which makes opening/closing much easier and quicker. The second improvement is a reinforcement that is attached to the rear jaw. This minimizes the wobbling of the front jaws. Assembling:Assembly should be intuitive.You can reuse the upper screw, but I recommend at least using a washer, otherwise the print can be split by the screw. To install the reinforcement, it is advisable to open the vice until the two guide rails disappear into the vice. When closing the vice for the first time, it is advisable to support the reinforcement a little by hand until the guide rails have found the holes.
