My headrest has been modified from the original setup to be flipped up for more clearance. You can find that tutorial here. My venerable staples Hyken chair started to get a loose headrest. When I would lean against it, it would tilt up and become uncomfortable. I created this to be screwed in between the headrest and the upper skeleton of the back. The headrest needs to be fully disassembled for this to attach properly, otherwise there isnt enough clearance for the hooks to fit through the holes. Unfortunately I dont have any pictures of the installation process, but it is somewhat straight forward. Disassemble the entire headrest, including the height adjustment slide, fit the hooks into the two slots, then re-assemble as normal. Now your head rest will be locked in the most forward position, which has the most cushioning.
