I've been using Ninjaflex for my test prints and final; 85A shore rating.
Inner radius is roughly 5.5 inches when fully closed, can be close to 7 inches before the inner ridges don't grab very well.
Was designed for a 2 year old in mind, and those little buggers grow fast, haha.

The outside of the band is hollow, so the stars can compress in and be played with.

**The supports are a little thin, but print just fine in this version. I'll upload a version with some thicker supports in a few days.**

For other Houdini artists doing modeling, I'll release my support generation tool I created for this. Wont be until tuesday/wednesday.
Just give it a group of primitives and a base object to use as your print bed, and it will go from there.
