This project still needs some tweaking but I've uploaded all of the model parts for download. If you make it please post pictures of your completed mask. The distance for the ears is approximately 160mm so use that as your reference for scaling your mask. I've started a blog showing how I assemble the 3D printed parts. This is my version 0.9 Star Lord mask I am building.
This project was designed with the following goals:
1. Easy printing with minimal supports.
2. Parts separated to make painting easier.
3. Scalable.

I am currently printing out my updated version to test for fit issues. The new version now includes LED and lens holders for the eyes. The LED models I'm still working on and will be posted later.
