Star Trek Combadge from the 2370's as seen in the TNG Movies, Voyager, and probably some of DS9 to be honest I haven't gotten around to it yet.
Requires four 5x3mm magnets (5mm diameter 3mm depth) and the application of some super glue to keep them in place.
