Star Trek (TOS) Communicator

The original model was not at all ready for printing. There was no tolerances for the lid/screen and no form of hinge. I have devised a hinge that uses a ball and socket with friction. Pops in nicely. However... my first print was not well finished and had some printing problems... after running it through NetFabb I think it is ready... but my printer has died! Expecting a replacement soon... but until then, here is the file as it is. I will post updates as I get a chance to test the prints.

UPDATE: I got my replacement printer, loaded up "pure" PLA (colorless) and let it go with the new STL. The body came out perfect... the cover/antenna grid came out perfect... as far as the mesh is concerned... but the walls are too thin as seen in the photo where I am bending it with minimal finger pressure.
