A simple but effective starwars style lamp that I made a while ago. Completely controllable with WLED on any ESP device.Things you'll need:2x WS2812 24 bit LED rings 1x ESP32 WROOM32 Module- The base is designed to incorporate the 38 pin variety but any will do, even an ESP8266, you'll be using 2 GPIO pins1x old USB cable for powerSome wires, preferably a few lengths of 3-core LED wire Soldering ironMaybe a drop of hot glue or CA glue to secure everything Start with the base, feed through the USB cable, you can either plug it into the port on the module or snip off the end and solder the power wires to the +5 pin and the GND pin, leave plenty of slack for now, you don't want to be soldering down in the base, keep it on the outside.Place an LED ring on either end of the diffuser core, line them up so the first LED on each ring are in the same segment- secure with a drop of CA glue.
