starrazer handle

This is what I've designed for my brothers cosplay from critical role. the hilt from the starrazer sword. the blade we're making is made from three layers of 10 mm foam. with a 10 mm rod serving as the tang in between. hole for the blade is 30 mm by 52 mm.
