start gcode for delta printer with smart effector

This is (part) of the start gcode script for my Tevo little monster.
It preheats the nozzle to 160 degrees, and drives the nozzle into the bed to remove stuck filament ( this is done with the strain gauge of the smart effector) then performs mesh bed leveling.
Next, the nozzle is pressed against the print bed to prevent oozing during heatup.
After heatup a prime line is printed (use the provided .g file ot insert your own gcode here, this is dependend on your personal printer). READ THE WARNING INSIDE THE .g FILE!
last, the printhead goes to the center (again, adjust for your printer) and does a final z offset callibration.
Ignore the ring.stl, this is only to trick thingiverse.
