Stationfall Insert - Individual Character Trays

I wanted to be able to store the minis in distinct boxes, allowing them to be stored with (most of) their starting tokens. Unfortunately, this resulted in a slight narrowing of the base holders so SkyHarmony's wonderful bases need to be removed from most minis.

There will still be 2 Kompromat stored in the large tokens tray

This leaves more "open" space for future remixes like distinct player trays.
