I needed a box to house an STC-1000 thermal controller for an anodizing project. I should have looked for one on a maker page, but since I didn't, I came up with this and figured it is unique enough to justify publishing.
The outside box dimensions are 100mm by 130mm by 40 mm (~4 x 5 x 1.6 inch). The back plate is interchangeable; the .3mf file has the back plate that I used and a blank. Should you need to make one the dimensions of the back plate are (as designed) 40 x 97 x 3mm. The lateral edges are stepped to fit into the box walls with steps being 1.5mm rise and run.
I made the forward air vents on the side larger so I could have access to the clamps that hold it to the box face.
I used a Molex (TM) connector to connect a heating rod and Wago (TM) connectors for internal and external wire connections.
I also used a power AC connector so the cord could be removed.
I was using a constant current power supply that needed a ground, that is the plug ground exited out the back pa
