My Printer can't print all of the Steamdeck at once and the two piece variant would have required me to print over night.
The attached version come in three parts that are connected with the cut-out lock pieces.
To account for imperfections in the printing process I recommend to scale the locks down in the two shorter dimensions to about 97% so they fit together more easily. If the lock pieces don't fit properly only they have to be reprinted, alternative the corners can be slightly cut down until everythign fits nicely.
