Our old doorbell broke so I made a new one. The bell itself is from Home Depot. Lighted LED doorbell. I got the silver bezel, there are others. I should have gotten gold, but this wasn't the original idea.
I used Smoothon's XTC-3D after printing to cover up the layer lines. It's an epoxy that gives it that "been painted monthly since 1877" look. The "brass" is a gold wax paste, similar to Rub n' Buff. Comes in flat pucks at craft stores.
The back is included too although it was made to fit our house specifically, you might be able to use it (though you could probably do better).
I'm including a .obj file. If you need a certain format let me know. There is a model of the doorbell itself too, which I used for modelling.
