I've made other props from Solo Leveling, but this is my first time making one of them glow. The featured image has an EL panel inside of the stone, which makes it glow. I've includes those models ("hollow_#.stl") and the model for the basic version ("basic_runestone.stl"). For the glowing version, I bought a 4 inch blue EL panel off of Amazon for around $20.
