Steinberg CMC-PD Controller Holder

I made a bracket to hold my Steinberg CMC-PD controller. It's made to use two (2) drywall screws to attach it to something like a wall or other vertical surface (I have a shelf made from standard 2x4s, and this just screws onto one of the uprights). It uses four (4) M2.5x4 brass inserts and four (4) m2.5x4 or 5 screws to attach the holder to the bracket.
