I can't find the original source of the picture, so if you know it, please let me know.
I used GIMP to turn a picture I found on the internet into a .svg, then brought that into Fusion360 and did two extrusions. Much simpler than the previous version using fake lithophanes.
Print it at .2mm layer height, change filament on the layer where the design starts
