Step Pulley for Gingerly Shaper Casting Pattern

This is a remix of the customizable model on thingverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3116978. I have split the pattern and added alignment pins to allow for sand casting of the step pulley. This particular model is designed for the gingerly shaper project! *Added a much simpler to mold single part pattern. I recommend using the one-part pattern if you have a lathe to machine the part. You will need a dowel rod approximately ¼" in diameter to align the drag and cope to the pattern with your riser. If you don't use a riser, you may notice significant shrinkage and cracking of the part. **There is draft missing from the outer faces on the first split pattern. While this pattern will work, it may prove difficult to remove from the sand without damaging the mold and you may find that you have more imperfections in the cast part. You may also find machining it awkward due to the complex geometry and the way it has to be implemented.
