Stinger 500A Relay Cover

This is a custom 3D-printed protective cover for the Stinger SGP35 500A high-current relay/battery isolator (a popular automotive component used for dual-battery setups in car audio systems, off-roading, or overlanding to prevent primary battery drain).The design snaps onto the top of the relay to shield the exposed high-amperage terminals (the large studs where heavy cables connect), reducing the risk of accidental shorts, debris, or contact in the engine bay.Key FeaturesRecessed "500A" labeling on the top surface.Clip-on legs that secure it firmly without tools.Holes or cutouts on the bottom/underside to allow cable access while covering the terminals.
