My wife crochets, and is always putting one project down to work on another. After a while, she'd try to go back to one of them, but had trouble remembering which size hook she was using.
She asked me to come up with stitch markers that have her hook sizes on them, to remind her which one she was using, to at least take that stress away later. Now, what pattern she used... that's another story!
These files have hook sizes from 2, all the way up to 12, with ",5" sizes on the more commonly used hook sizes (2-6), along with a blank so you can put your own size as needed.
I recommend PETG for flexibility. Print flat, no supports and as high a resolution as you can to help make sure the latch prints properly to "close". I printed these at .12 layer height with a .25 nozzle on a modified Ender3 printer.
*Update*
Added a few more sizes and also printed some in ABS and they seem to function just fine.
