The sign says:• Stone dry → Sun• Stone wet → Rain• Stone white → Snow• Stone moves → Storm• Stone on the ground → Earthquake• Stone invisible → Fog• Stone double → Alcohol• Stone gone → Theft There is also a German version:• Stein trocken → Sonne• Stein nass → Regen• Stein weiß → Schnee• Stein bewegt sich → Sturm• Stein auf dem Boden → Erdbeben• Stein unsichtbar → Nebel• Stein doppelt → Alkohol• Stein weg → Diebstahl
