Strap Hinge - Offset

This is a functional strap hinge for chests, boxes, doors, etc. This model is offset so it can be used on the outside of a box. Print the hinge based on the thickness of your door or lid (1 inch, ½ inch, or ¾ inch) at a standard infill density, then print the hinge pins and pin caps at 100% infill for strength. Assemble the hinges and pins together, and glue the caps to each end of the hinge pins to prevent them from sliding off over time. Attach the hinges to your box with six #10 screws each.
