Strap Wrench

SUMMARY:

This is a strap wrench for opening jars/lids or removing oil filters. The handle is printed in PLA and the strap in TPU.

PRINTING:

For the handle, I only turned off automatic brim, but otherwise used a default 0.2mm layer height profile in Bambu Studio.
For the strap, I turned off automatic brim and turned on “Avoid crossing walls”.

POST-PROCESSING:

The tool is pretty simple, just pull the strap through the hole as shown in the images. Loosen the strap, place it over the lid/filter, pull the strap tight, then turn in the direction which forces the ridges against the strap.
