Stroller Cart for Micro RC Planes

Printed part files to build the "Micro Model Transport Cart" featured in the June 2025 issue of Model Aviation magazine. To build the cart as described in the article, print these parts:
Clamping Tee x18
Frame Snap Fitting x6
Pivot Slider x2
Pivot Cap x2
Thumbscrew Knob x20

All parts are designed to be able to be printed without adding supports in the slicer. The Clamping Tee and Frame Snap Fitting have pretty small bases so if bed adhesion is an issue, I included alternate versions of each with a thin support structure built in; it can be easily trimmed off after printing.

If you need to make any changes for your build, I have included STEP and Solidworks 2022 files. I also included some 3MF files. The BBL version is for Orcaslicer and has 2 256mm x 256mm plates. The Ender versions are 200mm x 200mm plates. The first plate will need to be printed twice in either case. The thumbscrews are on the second plate in case you want to print them in a different color for visibility.

There
