Now utilizes the main carriage mounting screws for absolutely no flex in this part.
Added a chamfer on a 90 deg edge for even more anti-flexion.
So, this thing is a little hard to get on. Here are the steps I took to install this.
Disassemble your current hotend setup
Unhook the x-gantry belt and remove the screws for the v-rollers. Then remove the x-gantry plate.
Insert the 2 H2 mounting screws from the back of the 3d-printed mount. (Do not put the H2 on yet)
Place the 3d-printed mount onto the x-gantry and put the 2 v-rollers on, then tighten the screws.
Now align the H2 with the 2 screws that you already inserted from the back of the mount. Start threading these screws into the H2 mounting holes loosely.
Align the mounting hole for the cooling fan, and screw the cooling fan in loosely.
Now Align the top mounting holes with at least one of the top mounting points. Thread in a screw loosely.
Now tighten all of these mounting screws, a little at a time, alternating each
