Stronger Dowels for 2 Player Bartop Arcade

Just a small remix of the dowels, used for the Arcade Cabinet. I dont trust a dowel that is printed upright, so i layed them flat on the side, and cut off a bit to make it printable in that orientation. Also added chamfers for easier insertion.
