Stronger Explorer Phone Mount

I remixed this after my original PETG version failed from repeated use. To fit the MagSafe puck, I had to scale the mount down by 1.6% and use a heat gun for a press fit. That worked well at first, and the puck held firmly.

After about a month, the puck started popping out. I found that pulling the phone downward allowed for a clean release, using the elasticity of the PETG to keep the puck in place. That worked for another week, but ultimately the stress caused the post to soften and detach completely.

This remix reinforces the base around the post to reduce stress. The post itself is still the same, but the thicker, solid base gives it far better support. I printed it flat with support only under the post and puck cavity, using PETG. The base is printed at 100% infill via a modifier in OrcaSlicer.
