Reinforced Coat Rack Supports – Modular and Customizable ProjectI had an old coat rack at home and, after moving it around too many times, the various tube supports broke. I was about to throw it away, then I thought:"Why throw it away when I can rebuild it? Maybe even make it stronger?"So I got to work: I redesigned the parts, initially following the original shapes, but as I went along, I started rethinking them for 3D printing.I optimized the models with printing orientation, strength, and future upgrades in mind—so they can be easily improved or expanded with new parts. I also wanted to make them modular and editable by anyone, so I created a .STEP file that anyone can open and adapt to their needs:just create the holes for the tubes (in the diameter you need), decide how you'll use them, and print the necessary parts. I also made it customizable through MakerLab: to change the hole depth, adjust the parameter TCKto change the hole diameter, adjust the parameter HOL, ad
