Structural support ALSTOM

Very simple design of hot rolled U beams (the same like initial design), where three of them consist from 3 welded pieces and two are U beams only. Very easy to manufacture. Main U beam - cutting and drilling. welded brackets - laser cutting,bending,welding. By this design are not problems with painting and aditional stress after bending and welding is minimal. Weight of one structural support (set 3 + 2 beams) is 154kg. Stress analysis in progress.
