If you know, you know. I created this badge just to mess with a friend of mine and I am leaving the file here for my coworkers to find and also mess with that person.
Long story short: STS is short for Safety Trained Supervisor. One of our friends just got his certification, so we are giving him his very own "Safety Sheriff's badge".
