Stubby Lulzbot Spool Holder

Summary This is a stubbier version of the stock filament spool holder for Lulzbot printers. It works for the Taz 4, 5, 6, and other versions that use the same spool holder. I was tired of hitting the wall or the next printer over when changing spools, and realized that I didn't need a spool holder as long as the stock one. This is about an inch (25.4mm) shorter, allowing less space between printers or narrower space for the printer. Due to having trouble finding the aluminum spacer that Lulzbot used in the stock holder, I skipped it and just made the hole smaller, so you don't need any extra parts for this.
