70.71mm frame for 8520 brushed motors and e011 flight controller (mounts are 29mm apart).
its a heavy frame (printed in ABS) but you get big ducts! they are entirely logarithmic, and properly installed, will give 0.5mm clearance on a 40mm prop 4mm above the top of the motor ring. install props before fixing motors in place. very thin, shelllike in all parts but the motor holders. design is surprisingly rigid!
model pushes tolerances of my printer - ducts are 0.6mm at the bottom and thinner from there. i'm amazed it printed successfully. the print in photo is a bit stringy due to new filament, and being printed with no supports. as such it got a bit rough underneath on the fc mounts, but easy to file flat.
the feet/motor guards are printed separately to laminate along the structure. plan on using a needle file to clarify the fit.
again, this is a "for flying not crashing" model. a second, "buff" version reinforces the outermost edges of the ducts. probably not much heavier,
