Sturdy spool holder using SV08 hardware

I wanted to create a sturdy free standing spool holder using the original spool holder form an SV08 instead of throwing it away.It reuses the same hardware from the original and has worked well for me.I also created the option to fill it with sand to make it heavier. For that version just superglue the additional bottom surface in place.
