Tired of printing styluses that don’t actually work Same here. That’s why I designed this fully functional 3D‑printed stylus. It’s engineered to give reliable touch response, consistent accuracy, and smooth performance on capacitive screens. If you want a stylus that actually works, this is the one. Parts needed 3D printed part 2 rubber bands listed in BOM 7 by 40 mm piece of tin foil 90 by 40 mm piece of tin foil Assembly take the big piece of tin foil and wrap it around the shaft of the 3d printed part make sure the long side is facing the tip and that it is not wrinkled now put 1 rubber band each folded into 2 each on one end of the tin foil 2. take the small piece and put it on the tip as shown in the picture then put the rubber band folded in two over it. Science A touch screen senses the electrons from your finger when you touch it. so if you have a conductive material like tin foil you can transfer the energy from your finger to the tin foil to the screen
