I used this original design to design my handle:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:299982

I changed the handle to use two 5mm x 25mm cap screws and I redesigned the base to be stronger and to receive a 5mm Nyloc nut. I needed the extra strength for use with a heavy wooden box.
